Hello
I’m Lacey Ferrara, an estate planning, elder law, and small business attorney dedicated to helping individuals, families, and entrepreneurs protect what matters most. My career began in trust and estate litigation, where I saw firsthand how unclear documents and poor planning can create conflict and leave loved ones vulnerable. That experience shaped the way I practice today: with precision, foresight, and a deep commitment to getting things right the first time. Before opening my practice, I also served as in‑house counsel for a Fortune 500 company, negotiating complex commercial agreements and advising on regulatory compliance—experience that now informs the strategic guidance I provide to small business owners. Whether I’m crafting an estate plan, guiding a family through probate, or helping a business lay a strong legal foundation, my goal is the same: to offer clarity, confidence, and practical solutions that stand the test of time.
about lacey
Lacey Ferrara is an attorney with a distinctive background in estate and trust litigation, now focused on helping clients craft thoughtful, personalized estate plans. She brings unique insight from her early career spent resolving complex disputes involving wills, trusts, and elder financial abuse. This experience gave her a firsthand understanding of how poorly constructed estate plans can fracture families and leave vulnerable individuals at risk. Today, she uses that knowledge to help clients avoid those pitfalls—designing plans to reflect their values, protect their loved ones, and stand the test of time.

Lacey’s approach is rooted in compassion and precision. She believes every client deserves more than a one-size-fits-all solution, and she takes the time to understand each person’s unique story and goals. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to treating every client with care set her apart in a field where trust is paramount.

In addition to her work in trust and estate law, Lacey previously worked for a Fortune 500 company, negotiating complex commercial software agreements and providing legal advice on a wide range of corporate regulatory matters. This corporate experience sharpened her skills in navigating intricate legal frameworks, managing risk, and advising clients in high‑pressure environments. She now brings that same strategic insight to entrepreneurs, family‑owned businesses, and start‑ups in her community by offering small business legal services including LLC formation, operating agreements, contract drafting and review, and ongoing governance and compliance support. Her goal is to help business owners build strong legal foundations that support long‑term stability and growth.

Lacey is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Ohio. She graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 2020 and served as Associate Editor and Contributing Editor on Law Review. By the time she graduated, she published three individual works on administrative law. She also graduated magna cum laude with high honors in English from Grove City College in 2016.

Whether you're planning for the future, protecting what matters most, or building a business from the ground up, Lacey brings clarity, empathy, and strategic insight to every conversation. She is committed to serving her community and surrounding areas by providing compassionate, expert legal advice and helping clients confidently navigate the delicate matters that arise in estate, trust, elder law, and small business planning.
