Your privacy matters to me, and it is important to me that you understand how I use your information. As an attorney, I am bound by the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct. Rule 1.6 requires me to keep information relating to a client's representation strictly confidential, whether you told me directly or I learned it another way. This obligation exists independent of any privacy policy. It is a core duty I owed my clients and prospective clients. It does not expire when my representation of a client ends, or if a prospective client decides not to hire me. 

 

I do not sell your data to anyone. I do not share information about you with third parties except to the extent it is necessary to carry out my representation of you or unless I have your consent. I do work with service providers, such as my practice management and billing software, that help me run my practice and provide legal services to clients. These vendors process client data on my behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations, and they do not get to use client information for any other purpose.

If you are a current or former client or prospective client, I may occasionally use your name and contact information to email or mail you updates, newsletters, or other marketing materials about my practice. If you would prefer not to receive such communications from my office, please let me know. I never sell client information to marketing companies and I do not share client information with unrelated businesses.

 

Any information you submit through my website is used only to respond to your inquiry.
